Registration: To reserve your place in any of our workshops, you must complete the registration process and provide payment in full through our website. Class Availability: Spaces in our workshops are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot. Pay-per-Class Option: If you choose the pay-per-class option, payment for each individual class must be completed prior to the start of the session. Discounts & Promotions: Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied after booking. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. No Shows: If you do not attend a class without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued. Rescheduling: We do not allow rescheduling for any sessions. Please ensure that you can attend the class at the time of booking. 3. Refunds No Refund for Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, and no credit will be provided. No Refunds for Missed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made on the day of the class. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from attending a Zoom session, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to provide support or offer access to a recording (when applicable). No Transfers: We do not allow transfers of your booking to another participant. Each booking is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, the booking will be subject to our cancellation policy. 5. Workshop Format & Recording Online Workshops via Zoom: All of our workshops will be hosted via Zoom. After your registration and payment are confirmed, you will receive a Zoom link to access the session. Please ensure that you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the online session. Recording & Materials: Some workshops may be recorded for later use. By registering, you consent to being recorded, and these recordings may be shared with participants.
