Cancellation Policy
Registration: To reserve your place in any of our workshops, you must complete the registration process and provide payment in full through our website. Payment can be made via our website payment methods available on your website] at the time of booking. Class Availability: Spaces in our workshops are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Early registration is encouraged to secure your spot. Pay-per-Class Option: If you choose the pay-per-class option, payment for each individual class must be completed prior to the start of the session. Discounts & Promotions: Any discounts or promotional codes must be applied at checkout. Discounts are not retroactive and cannot be applied after booking. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session are non-refundable. Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will not be eligible for a refund. No Shows: If you do not attend a class without prior notice, no refund or credit will be issued. Rescheduling: We do not allow rescheduling for any sessions. Please ensure that you can attend the class at the time of booking. 3. Refunds No Refund for Cancellations Within 48 Hours: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable, and no credit will be provided. No Refunds for Missed Sessions: We do not offer refunds for missed sessions or cancellations made on the day of the class. Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues preventing you from attending a Zoom session, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to provide support or offer access to a recording (when applicable). No Transfers: We do not allow transfers of your booking to another participant. Each booking is non-transferable. If you are unable to attend, the booking will be subject to our cancellation policy. 5. Workshop Format & Recording Online Workshops via Zoom: All of our workshops will be hosted via Zoom. After your registration and payment are confirmed, you will receive a Zoom link to access the session. Please ensure that you have the necessary equipment and internet connection to participate in the online session. Recording & Materials: Some workshops may be recorded for later use. By registering, you consent to being recorded, and these recordings may be shared with participants.
