As a third-generation teen mother, I learned early that success isn’t about motivation — it’s about structure. I became the first in my family to earn a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Technology and later a Master’s degree, all while raising twins and managing full-time responsibilities as a single parent.
That season taught me how to plan under pressure, prioritize what matters, and execute when time, money, and support are limited — the same operational discipline I now install inside founder-led businesses preparing to grow.
